For Parents & Families
Your role in your child’s education matters.
Explore resources designed to help you navigate school systems, ask the right questions, and advocate with confidence.
For Schools, Districts, and Community Partners
When families lack understanding of the public school system, collaboration weakens, and student growth suffers.
We equip families with clear, public school–specific language that strengthens partnership and supports student success.
Who We Are
Rodgers Education Group was founded by Faith Rodgers, a parent and public school systems expert, to help families understand how public education really works. After spending her career studying the structures, policies, and decision-making processes within public schools, Faith recognized a common gap: families are expected to navigate the system without ever being shown how it operates.
Through clear, practical guidance, Rodgers Education Group equips families with the language, understanding, and tools they need to partner confidently with schools and support their child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
