Rodgers Education Group was founded by Faith Rodgers, an educator, public school systems expert, and mother, with one clear mission: to help families understand how public education really works.
When Faith’s son was born in 2015, she entered the same parenting whirlwind many families experience, balancing motherhood, her son’s health concerns, and a demanding career teaching hundreds of elementary students each week. When he began school as a non-speaking child with developmental delays, even with her deep knowledge of how public schools operate, she still experienced moments of confusion and uncertainty.
That experience revealed something important. If navigating public schools could feel overwhelming for someone trained inside the system, it must feel even more daunting for families without that background.
After working with hundreds of parents and seeing the same patterns of confusion and misaligned expectations, Faith recognized a significant gap. Families are expected to partner with schools without ever being shown how the system functions. Rodgers Education Group was created to close that gap by providing clear, practical guidance that builds confidence and strengthens school-home partnership.
Today, Faith’s son is fully speaking and doing well, and the lessons learned along the way continue to shape the heart and mission of this work.
